Individual Therapy is a great way to work on personal concerns in a safe and trusting environment. Our 50 minute sessions are $150. Our team of experienced and qualified psychotherapists is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. We offer a range of different therapy modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and more. We are here to support you every step of the way and help you develop the skills and tools you need to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Couples Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that helps couples achieve specific goals that pertain to their relationship. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and focus on increasing connection, understanding, and communication between partners. Before couple sessions begin, each partner will meet with the therapist individually for an intake session. During this time, the therapist will get to know each partner and understand the dynamics of their relationship. Couples therapy sessions cost $175 per session.

As a mental health professional, we understand how difficult it can be for students to cope with the daily pressures of life. Our reduced-rate sessions provide an opportunity to address your personal challenges with expert guidance and support. Unfortunately, our practice is currently at full capacity, and we are not currently accepting any new clients at this rate at this time.
Our office offers free consultations for psychotherapy services. Each consultation is 30 minutes in length and can be conducted via phone call or video call. During this time, we will discuss your individual needs, provide an overview of our services, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision about whether our services are right for you. We look forward to speaking with you and helping you on your journey!
